Deepen your exhale as a goat might playfully nudge you or even hop on your back! The class is truly one-of-a kind as it takes place on the outdoor deck overlooking stunning views of the Mississippi.
No yoga experience is necessary! Our certified instructor will guide you through poses suitable for all levels. After the invigorating session, unwind with a relaxing 15-minute cuddle time with the goats—perfect for photo ops and unforgettable memories!
