You'll Fall in Love With Goats

Goats are the happiest animal on the planet. They never have a down day or moment, and they are always smiling. When you meet our goats, you'll smile too.

As you walk past the barn, you will likely hear a lot of bleating because the goats know when class is about to begin, and they can not contain their excitement to see you.

When they are let loose to join you in the yoga pen, they will hop in happiness towards you and explode with love and affection when they meet you.

Their lack of personal space will keep them coming back to you so you can run your fingers through their fuzzy coats, boop their velvety noses, and let them nibble on you, if you want, with their wet little lips.

You'll Get Outdoors

Our goat yoga classes are held outdoors (unless it is raining, then we are in our beautiful, restored authentic hayloft).

The goat yoga pen is situated in our dreamy play yard, surrounded by trees, rolling hills, and a butterfly garden. If you're lucky, you'll get to see horses grazing in the pastures or maybe an equestrian riding in the arena.

Goats won't be the only animal experience. We often have some inquisitive and friendly barn cats join us for class, squirrels bounce around looking for snacks, birds chip away in the trees, and butterflies flutter through the garden.

The breeze will blow your hair, the sun will warm your face, and the grass will tickle your feet. You are in nature, and it's wonderful!

You'll Get Outside Your Comfort Zone

Maybe you've never tried yoga, or maybe you've never been around adorable hooved animals. Or, perhaps you're nervous about working out in front of strangers. Whatever is holding you back just a little is a good thing!

Getting outside of your comfort zone is good for your brain. When you're comfortable, and your needs are met, your brain doesn't want to work too hard. When you shake things up a little with a change outside of your norm, it wakes up your brain and body. This awakening helps your focus, drive, and creativity.

You'll Be Helping Rescue Animals

All of our goats are rescued from dairy farms where only a select few of the boys are kept for breeding, and the rest are… (you get the picture). That's why we adopt from dairy farms to give these guys a future and a job they love.

We also work closely with a local rescue to adopt and foster animals of all kinds. We are able to do this with the proceeds from goat yoga. So, if you attend a class, thank you for helping rescue an animal!
